Grey Baby Bumper Pads Why Do Baby African Grey Parrots Scratch At The Bottom On The Cage?

Why do baby African grey parrots scratch at the bottom on the cage? - grey baby bumper pads

I breed parrots and African gray parrots, and baby back all kinds are the only people who seem to do. To put in a corner of the cage, turning his head down starts, the inclusion of the overland expedition of all shapes and flying in all directions. It usually starts approximately 8 weeks, they can earn a living, but usually within 12 months, no more. No idea why they do it?

  1. AG-feed on the ground and what is their natural instinct kicks, to see if in 12 months, that probably will not find food on the floor. They take care not even that long. Once you realize where the food is finished. Still loves to get out and search for what is to come.

  2. I think the reason why they do it, because it is one of the ways that feed into the wilderness. I have videos of flocks of Gray on the floor you see the earth in search of food lead again. Had not really noticed attack within 12 months, but now that you mention it, to me at that age did not stop, then perhaps recognize that the paper is not on the floor of the cage really eat?

    It's so nice to see, when I call your scribbles.

  3. My 11-year-old Gray is Kibibi today. Did I hear two theories about why they do;

    1) As the "parrot" can be called to eat, because Grays in the wild food on the floor.
    2) It can be a breeding behavior. This behavior helps to maintain their own nest of waste.
