I have heard of poeple trying to use the light sensor for this, but not many success stories. There is a version of the legway using a single sensor, but it is using the light intensity and not the timing, which is probably not going to help you.
ReplyDeleteHave you thought about doing some basic odometry to position the robot by using the light sensor through the holes in a pulley with reflective part behind it? This might help.
